1. Platform Nature

RentalMen operates solely as a communication and discovery platform. We help users connect with independent individuals (“Providers”) and communicate regarding potential services.

RentalMen does not collect, process, store, or facilitate payments of any kind.

2. No Payment Handling by RentalMen

Since RentalMen does not participate in financial transactions, the platform cannot issue refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or credits.

Any payment made by a user is done independently and outside the platform, based on mutual agreement between the involved parties.

3. User-to-User Financial Responsibility

All pricing, payment terms, cancellations, and refund arrangements are strictly a matter between the Client and the Provider.

RentalMen does not intervene, mediate, or enforce refunds related to off-platform transactions.

4. Service Issues & Disputes

In case of dissatisfaction, non-performance, or disputes related to a service, users are encouraged to resolve the matter directly with each other.

RentalMen may, at its discretion, review reports of misuse or policy violations for safety and moderation purposes, but this does not constitute financial dispute resolution.

5. Platform Fees (If Introduced Later)

If RentalMen introduces any platform usage fees or paid features in the future, refund terms for such fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and governed by a separate policy or updated version of this Policy.

6. Acknowledgement

By using RentalMen, you acknowledge and agree that:

• RentalMen does not handle user payments
• Refunds are not managed by the platform
• All financial risk lies with the transacting users

7. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
