1. About RentalMen

RentalMen is a digital platform that enables individuals and businesses (“Clients”) to discover and communicate with independent individuals (“Providers”) who may be willing to offer short-term, professional, lifestyle, or social assistance.

RentalMen does not itself provide any services listed on the platform. All Providers act independently and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of RentalMen.

2. Acceptance & Binding Effect

By accessing, registering on, or using RentalMen in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Account Accuracy

Use of RentalMen is strictly limited to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times. RentalMen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

4. Nature of the Platform

RentalMen functions solely as a communication and discovery platform. The platform facilitates profile visibility and interaction between users but does not control, direct, or manage the conduct of any user.

Any agreement, engagement, or arrangement entered into between a Client and a Provider is a private matter between those parties alone. RentalMen is not a party to such arrangements.

5. Payments & Financial Arrangements

At present, RentalMen does not offer in-platform payment, collection, escrow, or settlement services.

All pricing discussions, payments, refunds, or financial settlements occur independently and outside the platform. Users acknowledge and agree that RentalMen bears no responsibility or liability for any financial disputes, losses, or claims arising from such arrangements.

6. User Conduct & Obligations

Users are expected to behave responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws. This includes, without limitation, refraining from harassment, coercion, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior.

Users must ensure that any services discussed or arranged through the platform are lawful in the relevant jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited Use

The platform must not be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to illegal sexual services, human trafficking, drug distribution, violent activities, or exploitation of any kind.

RentalMen maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward activities involving minors or coercion.

8. Verification & Safety Disclaimer

RentalMen may conduct identity checks or profile reviews to improve trust within the community. However, such measures are performed on a best-effort basis and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of character, intent, or service quality.

Users are encouraged to exercise independent judgment and take reasonable precautions when meeting or engaging with others.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant RentalMen a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display such content for platform operation and promotion.

10. Suspension & Termination

RentalMen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentalMen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or interactions between users.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to mandatory local laws, courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
