Before you book
Look for the verified badge
Verified companions have confirmed their identity with a government ID and a matching selfie. The checkmark shows in search results and on their profile.
Read their reviews
Reviews come from people who completed a booking with that companion. Read a few before you unlock anyone new.
Agree the details in chat
Confirm the date, time, place, rate and what the booking is for in your Rental Men chat. That record is what we look at if a problem is reported later.
Keep the conversation on Rental Men
Stay in the in-app chat until you're comfortable. Be careful with anyone who pushes to move the conversation elsewhere straight away.
When you meet
Meet somewhere public
Choose a busy, public place for a first meeting - a café, a mall, a well-known landmark.
Tell someone your plans
Let a friend or family member know who you're meeting, where, and when you expect to be back.
Arrange your own travel
Getting there and back on your own means you can leave whenever you want.
Trust your instincts
If something feels wrong, end the meeting. You don't need a reason, and you don't need to finish the booking.
For companions
You choose your bookings
You decide which requests to accept, and you can decline anything you're not comfortable with.
Platonic company only
If a client asks for anything beyond platonic company, end the booking and report them.
Get verified
Completing identity verification adds a checkmark to your profile, which helps clients trust you before they book.
Never allowed on Rental Men
These break our Terms of Service and can get an account permanently removed:
- Sexual, romantic or adult services of any kind
- Anyone under 18 - every account must belong to an adult
- Harassment, threats or coercion
- Misrepresenting who you are
- Illegal activity, including drugs or trafficking

If you're in immediate danger, leave and contact local emergency services - 112 in India.

Use the report option in your chat, or email support@rentalmen.com with a link to the profile and what happened.
Safety questions
Is every companion on Rental Men verified?
No. Identity verification is available to every companion but isn't required to create a profile. When a companion completes it - a government ID and a matching selfie, reviewed by our team - a verified checkmark appears on their profile. We recommend booking someone verified.
What should I do if I feel unsafe during a booking?
Leave. You never owe anyone the rest of a booking. If you're in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (112 in India). Then report the account from your chat or by emailing support, so we can review it.
What happens if someone doesn't show up?
Report it from your chat or email support. Repeated no-shows lead to suspension, and a no-show is grounds for a refund request on the coins you spent unlocking that companion.
Is Rental Men a dating or adult service?
No. Rental Men is for platonic company only. Romantic, sexual and adult services are prohibited by our Terms of Service, and accounts that offer or ask for them are removed.
