How we keep Rental Men trustworthy
The rules every account agrees to, how we check who people are, and what happens when someone breaks those rules.
Verified accounts
Email verification for everyone
Every account has to confirm its email address before it can book a companion or appear in search as a provider.
Identity verification for companions
Companions can verify their identity with a government ID and a matching selfie, reviewed by our team. Verified profiles carry a checkmark in search results and on the profile page.
Clear rules
Rental Men is for platonic companionship between adults. Everyone who creates an account agrees to our Terms of Service, which prohibit:
Adult or romantic services
Sexual, romantic and adult services are not allowed, whether offered or requested.
Anyone under 18
Every account must belong to an adult. We have zero tolerance for anything involving minors.
Harassment and coercion
Threats, pressure and harassment of any kind - before, during or after a booking.
Fake identities and illegal activity
Misrepresenting who you are, and illegal activity such as drugs or trafficking.
Reports and reviews
Anyone can report an account
Report someone from your chat with them, or email support@rentalmen.com with a link to their profile.
Decisions based on the record
Bookings are agreed in chat, so when we review a report we can see the actual conversation and the terms both people agreed to - not just one person's word against another's.
Enforcement
Suspension or removal
Accounts that break our rules can be suspended or permanently removed. Activity involving minors or coercion leads to immediate removal.
Repeated no-shows
Companions who repeatedly fail to show up for bookings are suspended.
Your data and payments
Contact details stay private
A companion's contact details are only shown to people who unlock their profile - they are never public.
Card details aren't stored by us
Coin purchases go through standard payment processing. Rental Men doesn't store card numbers on its own servers.
